How to use AddressForge samples, exports and geographic data.

Sample addresses for testing

AddressForge creates sample addresses for software tests, demonstrations and learning postal formats. It covers 18 countries and regions, with batches of 1–100 addresses. Localities and postal-code samples come from geographic data; street names and building numbers are generated.

These samples are not verified delivery addresses, proof of residence or personal identities. A generated sample can coincide with a real place. Check an actual address with the relevant postal service before using it for delivery.

Copying, saving and exporting

You can copy a field or a full address, save samples in this browser, and download CSV or JSON. Saved samples belong to this browser and this website address; clearing site data can delete them. Keep an exported copy when you need a lasting record.

Generation and export do not require an account. Use the samples in lawful tests and demonstrations; do not present a fictitious address as a verified address or use it to impersonate someone.

Sources and attribution

Geographic and postal samples use GeoNames and the licences and notices identified on Data sources. Those notices apply to the source data. When redistributing that data, preserve the required attribution. The bundled sample set is not a complete or continuously updated postal directory.

Website access and privacy

The generator works in your browser. Visiting the website still makes requests to our hosting and delivery services, and anonymous visitor statistics may be collected. Accounts and public community posts follow the PocketPlay Privacy.
